Please train staff in basic hygiene

I have complained about this specific KFC so many times, but it seems that everything there just gets worse by the day.<br> <br> My latest horror experience:<br> Last Tuesday I went to buy food in the evening, around 21h00.<br> The person that helped me was openly sticking about half of her hand in her mouth trying to get something out of her teeth. Eventually she succeeded and just calmly flicked it away. But seems there was more, because she continued. When I was about to pay, she actually used that hand, which by this point was full of saliva to take my card. I was feeling physically ill at this point. She still continued and even handled my food. I did not even eat my food that night. At one stage she actually used the coffee/cuppucino machine to rinse her hand. She pressed a button and water came out and rinsed her hand there with the machine.<br> <br> Honestly I could not believe what I was seeing. How do you train these your people?<br> <br> Its always a nightmare going to this KFC.<br> <br> I have put in numerous complaints about KFC Montana at the Kollonade before.
