Please refund me

I am very unhappy with the service I received today I placed an order with kfc which I didn't even receive due to the fact that the store had an issue which they only decided to advise me after 30 minutes and that they do not have what I ordered so I request to cancel the order and to get a refund which I was advised on 7 to 14 working days for refund which is frustrating because the money was taken from my account in seconds but now I have to wait to be refunded because of an inconvenience caused by the restaurant I ordered from now I have to starve because of this and this is the 2nd time I've experienced such which I'm very unhappy and I'm thinking of stopping this relationship I have with KFC because of the poor service received.
