****ed off

Totally ****ed off..was at KFC and swipped my card it went through on my phone but because they hadnt filled the till slip machine it didnted print wen they filled it it printed as failed...i told the lady the it would have reversed same time but she didnt want to listen i then paid cash. She said if it didnt i musy bring bank statements to them...i cannot believe that i am expected to use my fuel and time to sort there **** out. Today is a whole weekend and nothing reversed i want my money and fuel reimbursed...im son****ed with the servixe delievery in KFC Lambton
