**** poor service

The service at KFC Bedfordview is absolutely atrocious. We waited for over 30 minutes in the queue BEFORE even ordering our food. Not due to the long queue - there was just no one to take our order as the two ladies in the front were busy putting together what must have been a backlog of previous orders. There were no chips or any type of chicken pieces prepared. The whole process was even more infuriating as no one bothered to explain the delay - the two till ladies just ignored the queue of customers completely for an extended period of time. Will be actively advising people not to visit this branch.
