Phoenix Plaza Useless KFC

The new hours are until 20h00 but staff make decisions to close at 19h55 and are rude. The security guard and staff just placed cones in front of my vehicle at the drive thru and when I questioned I was asked why I came there. The incompetence lead to me swearing the guard due to his contineous response he told me they close and why I am there....he did advise but rather just placed cones in front of the vehicle and it was not even 20h00 as per the notice which was displayed. The service is slow and through the drive thru...you will wait 20 to 30 minutes for an order and possibly 2 out of 10 will be wrong.
