What a pathetic service I got from KFC so i ordered food from the kfc app and after 45 minutes i get a massage that my order is delivered immediately I call the call centre and spoke to Letlhogonolo who said that i will get the refund in 7days soo I'm like lehlohonolo iam at work hungry are you saying that i will eat in 7days he says yes there is nothing that CSD can do as the driver returned back with no communication ..i had to drive from 16 road to new road to find out out what happened to my order coz the csd could not help me woow guys can you believe from new road north i had to drive to Sunridge just for me to eat and used my petrol at night just because kfc could not tell which outlet took out my order and mind you on the app the it was stated that the order its from new road they again asking me whether is MRD or uber eat that delivers like how am i going to know because i was using kfc app ..
