PFU Service, Bad Service, Bad Attitude.

F...ing ****ty drive Thru!

I'm going to type this as polite as I can, just know that if this was not on social media, as they filter the content, it would be much worst. So imagine the F word in every sentence please.

So, here's the thing, I'm not looking for a refund or voucher 'cause I will definitely not use it, and I won't be going back to KFC.

This has been happening so many times and I'm literally so sick of the ****ty service.

I ordered a Breakfast Wrap and Chicken & Mayo sandwich, thought okay, it's on my way to work and I actually like KFCs breakfast menu, so why not.. Got there, lady said she can't hear me, okay fine. I ordered at the pay window. While I was waiting for my transaction to go through, customer behind me was trying to order saying "hello, hello, hello" where se rep**** "I can't hear you, you are breaking up". So I take it that she could here me then.

She said she can't give me a slip? okay... weird ? but I assume things like this can happen, right? anyway.

While I was waiting for my food, the customer in front had a complaint, her order was wrong? the lady that handed her the food said her order was correct, so she argued with the customer, I think it was the manager that came and she that the food is what she ordered, and she will speak to head office about it. First of all your clients always right? guess not with KFC and their ****ty service.

When got my order, I was waiting at the window, and opened my bag, as I was leaving.. Hmm and I reversed, as there was seems to be a burger and a sandwich. As I reversed, one of the ladies came running out and said "no, no, no that is a breakfast wrap" as I said "no, this is not" she grabbed my bag and was n her way to unwrap the "burger" I pulled away.

I was almost late for work and I though whatever. You know ? So, it was seems to be a burger bun, chicken and a extra hash brown. Keep in mind, I ordered a has brown breakfast wrap, no chicken!!!

Then sandwich I ordered... Chicken & Mayo, White Bread... Right? I got a Chicken & Mayo Brown Bread, for lunch.. As I'm on the go, I would just like to take it out of the packet and eat it, in the car.. But KFC is so P..s... I couldn't do that.. Chicken half not on the sandwich and best of all, the bread haven't even been cut in two pieces, how convenient? Remember to give a Knife next time.

Anyway, I hope the customer inform and behind of me this morning post here as well.

I have pictures as proof but I don't even feel like posting it 'cause your service is so poor that I don't even have to proof it.

PS. I know not all KFC has poor management and service, but it's a franchise and now I put all KFC under one bus.
