Pethetic poor service

Pethetic service been trying to call the delivery number *** from 9 am its now 12:48 pm there is no answer the phone just keeps ringing non stop then goes straight to voice mail i then called kfc acroplis mall phoenix for about 20 mins a lady answers and tells me they is no delivery guy available i must leave my number they will call me back when the driver arrives 2 hours has passed still no phone call from them so they have only one delivery guy working who disappeares almost the entire day has for the other kfc which is a drive thru in the phoenix plaza pathenon street they just never answer they telephone ****** poor service all the damn time its very fustrating has a customer they should just cancel they delivery services because its very poor they don't deliver they dont even deserve a 1 star rating sies!
