peace officer neglected his duties grossly,

I became a victim to brutal assault by other customers that I ended up bleeding all over the floor while the security just stood there doing nothing. The perpetrators were heavily intoxicated, harrasing the other customers and the security was grossly negligent to the extent that the perpetrators actually came into the premises with a police baton. .and started assaulting me with baton by hitting me on the head countless times. The assualt lasted for 10 -15 minutes. The security guard neglected his duties as a peace officer by means of an omission, by watching like he was part of the auidance and never acted in any manner to let the customers feel safe. Kfc is one of my favourite food outlets but the amount of negligence which occured indicated a gross form of disorganised labour by the franchise. I'm very disappointed and bereaved to the extent that I intend of placing charges. There was no form justice or help from the staff, not even an ambulance was called to the scene. I had to be rushed off to hospital by my own friend where I ended up loosing consciousness due to the amount of bleeding I endured in the franchise. My life nearly ended due to this gross negligence
