PAYMENT TAKEN BUT ORDER UNSUCCSSFUL

I am very disappointed at KFC and unhappy at the fact that I do not even know where to go in order to get this sorted . I placed an order via the KFC website on Friday he 02/06/2023 . I attempted placing the order online , It failed to collect payment therefore my payments bounced . I then saw there was an option to pay via zapscanner . I then attempted and the payment went off successfully a payment of R389.60 . However my order was unsuccessful even though the payment itself was taken successfully . WHen I went on the KFC website , I noticed there is no way to get assistance . I need assistance as this is an inconvenience in this climate .
