Payment Done No Food Delivered KFC Montclair

On the 1st of March 2022,I went online and made an order for R260.80. The order and payment went through.i than get a message that my order is being prepared,than another message it is being picked upon and third message that my order has arrived....but nothing arrived. Than I get sms that order has been dropped off. I called customer service and everytime I gave my details the call cut. I called again and again and had to go through the same process. Until i told the lady this id my number please call me back as soon as call cuts...It definitely wasn't a problem on my side because I have a contract phone. I waited and she didn't call me.I ended up calling upon to 8 times until a guy answered the call and told me that my order had definitely been delivered to wrong address. He said he will get back to me and payment will be done in 3 working days. He requested I send all info through email..i did. Than 2 weeks later another gentleman called me from kfc saying they cant do refund because my order was with Me Delivery and Me Delivery is another company apart from kfc.I should resolve issue with them. I said but it was not with Me Delivery as my sms is from kfc. I know because I don't do any orders with Me Delivery. He says but the system shows it..i insisted not. Than he says oh but I was asking you if it was done with Me Delivery. How can he ask when he said it was on system. Secondly after me sending all the sms and calls tracked and info they requested he says system saying yet all my sms came from kfc and not Me Delivery. After that I received no feedback yet he said he will get back to me that evening or the next day. Its a month gone and nothing. I sent email and still no refund and correspondence received.i am disappointed with Kfc montclair. Guys don't waste your time going online. Its a disaster. Customer service is worse. Ppl that work in customer service are useless. They are working for the sake of working. You will hear it in their voices. They don't have any passion to help.There attitude is like...so what if you lost R260.80. Its really shocking that kfc is worldwide but got ppl like this working wasting there time in a place with no passion
