Paying money for nothing!!!!

Two Sundays back my husband bought chicken from KFC Ventersdorp. We are not staying there...he just stop there to buy food on this way back from Pretoria to Ottosdal. He ordered 10pc dunked wings, 3 fully loaded box meals and some other chicken. When he received the chicken, the lady called back the order and he confirmed and left. When arriving at home in Ottosdal 120km from Ventersdorp, we realised that the dunked wings are not in the bags and two of the fully loaded box meals did not have chicken pieces in. He called KFC Ventersdorp and the lady confirmed that the dunked wings were not in the bag but when she realised it, my husband was already gone. She said that she will ask the Manager to call my husband the next day (Monday), which did not happen. My husband lodged a complain at KFC and received a e-mail from an Amanda Makele who tried to call him but not get hold of him. So he sent an e-mail back to her to request her phone number to call her but she did not respond at all. As to yet, no-one has contacted us regarding this matter. This is totally unacceptable to pay money for food and not receive that food and further more receive even worse service. This is not the first time this kind of thing happened to us, but this was the last straw. KFC service just get worse day after day. The case no CAS-***-W1J6B7 Order No 172 @ Ventersdorp on 7 May 2023
