Paying for something did not get

On 2nd of January 2026 I place order online for streetwise 2, 5 Pieces and 4 Dunked wings. On my arriving to collect my order 20 minutes pass on collection time all front staff it was a Hussle to give my order stating that my slip was taken by someone else as I was showing them the confirmation I got on the email,never the less I got my order when I check on my way to cape town cause I didn't get chance to check while I was there cause I was on my way to cape town as I spend most time arguing with cashiers they gave me 4 Pieces instead of 5 and my order of dunked wings wasn't packed at all my order number was 111249 am so DISAPPOINTED WITH DISGUSTING SERVICE IF YOU HAVE TRAINED THEM WITH ONLINE ORDER PLEASE STOP PROVIDING THAT SERVICE IN Maclear(Nqanqarhu)
