Paying for Poor Service & False Adveritising!

Hi,<br> <br> my name is Kirsty,<br> last night my boyfriend and I went to the KFC on Bluff Road, KFC Closes at 22h00, we went there at 21h15.<br> we ordered the double crunch burger from KFC , and hot wings, they didn't have hot wings in stock which is understandable.<br> <br> when we got home we opened up the burger, not only to find it was just slapped together, but the so called KFC Patties ( which was actually two pieces of skin basically ) and I am not over exaggerating either , it was literately 2 pieces of skin that had been crumbed and put on this burger, and never mind the fact that it was ice cold... <br> <br> I tried to phone KFC at 21h30 and no one would pick up, the phones just rang and rang.<br> seriously this is unacceptable, KFC is just getting more worse with there food. <br> we are paying for the food and this is the kind of service we get back, I understand that maybe people are tired but then seriously you shouldn't be working there if you cant give customer satisfaction as promised in your advertising ! <br> <br> we didn't even eat that burger because basically we had a lettuce and tomato burger with some sauce .. <br> if that's what we wanted we could have made that at home!<br>
