PAYED FOR NO FOOD

On Thuesday 28/11/2017 I drove into the KFC PALMS Pretoria-West franchise drive through. I ordered a wicked zinger meal and a coke for R84.00. I payed for my order via credit card and the money was deducted from my account -I received an sms stating that the amount was deducted from my account....after paying for my order the lady told me that there is something wrong with the machine - did not print a slip..I could not proceed to the collection window to receive my food..she told me that I have to pay for the order again for the machine to print a slip..I refused and by this time I was besides myself...I spoke to the manager and she told me that their IT people will look at the problem..if my transaction shows on their system they will refund me into my account but it will take 7 to 10 days. Red under the color I left my details without receiving my food. Unbelievably I paid for food I did not receive !!! This is poor customer care and a bad business practice !!
