PAY ME BACK MY MONEY!!!!!

I ordered KFC on the 1st of March 2024 and had to cancel one of my orders because I had ordered two of the same thing. I received communication from KFC via email saying that they’ll refund my account within 14 days. It’s past 14 days and no one has refunded me. When I send them an email I get no response, when I call the call centre I get given the run around. I want my money back!!!
