pay for one thing and get something else

Good day<br> I am very discussed. I went to our KFC in Haddon on the corner of Bellavista road. I ordered 2 x double crunch burgers and 1x small double crunch burgers - this was already late at night, just came from work.<br> I ordered an ice cream - which was half watery. nun the less.I also asked if they would please give me fresh chips as previously I received cold and brownish chips. Last night 2015-02-24 I received brown and old chips, you could taste the old oil. and my double crunch burger was actually a ZINGER BURGER. who does that, where is the manager to check orders? The food went to waste as my child cannot eat ZINGER and neither my wife. What are you going to do to rectify this bad experience? I will never ever buy from KFC again. I will rather then go to Mcdonalds as this has happened to me before. O and I had to go thru the drive thru again just after I hit the exit - because they never gave me my coldrinks for my meals. Very disappointed
