Pay for 6 and only get 4!

<p>I bought a 6 piece family treat at Grassy Park KFC.</p> <p> </p> <p>The sides and everything else I ordered was fine, just when I arrived at home (Steenberg area) and we unpacked the bag, we discovered that instead of 6 pieces of chicken we only got 4.</p> <p> </p> <p>Immediately I called the store as I was not about to drive back after parking the car. I spoke to Thoko first and eventually was placed on the line with Kamilah.</p> <p> </p> <p>She was very sincere and apologetic, she advised that if I come in tomorrow she will give me a street wise 3!</p> <p> </p> <p>That was just INSULT TO INJURY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I should drive +-10 Kilometres to get an extra piece of chicken for a mistake that has been made on your side!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>No consideration that this meal was bought for a family! We had to resort to cooking something as there was not enough chicken for everyone.</p> <p> </p>
