Pay for 21 pieces however get 20 pieces only

I am so disappointed with this place, everytime we order food from KFC Milnerton there's generally a problem. Last night my family and I were at my moms place a decided to get a bucket of chicken to share and there were many people. We get home to find we purchased at 21 piece bucket, however we only received 20 pieces in the bucket. Really disappointed. I mean it's not like you can check your order when getting a bucket because how can you take out every piece of chicken and count it. I wonder how many people this has happened to without even knowing.
