Pavilion KFC

The attitude of the staff at KFC Pavilion is disgusting. I arrived at 21h10 or so and it took 10 more minutes for my order to be TAKEN, they called the manager to tell me I'd have to wait for an hour as on the menu I could only buy ice cream and crunch burgers. What's even worse is, it's actually the second time I got denied to purchase what's on the menu, not even 25minutes prior to closing time. Almost an hour, what I don't understand is how do you operate until 10pm if for an hour from 21h00 you will deny customers more than half of the menu?

What's even more upsetting I was shined to the side and the cashier started serving people behind me cuz she did not like the idea of what I came to buy. I would wait an hour if the shop is busy but not because the staff is spiting me for ordering what I desires on the menu. And there's no writing that says stuff on the menu is served till a specific time, except for breakfast.
