-Patiently assists customers with the self-service ordering system -Excellent at upselling without being pushy -Always professional, committed, and greets everyone with a genuine smile -The store is spotlessly clean – a credit to the entire team

The Problem This is my third attempt to compliment Patricia to Manager Hendrick. Each time, instead of acknowledging her excellence, he:

-Frowns -Shows aggressive body language -Walks away to the back store

This is concerning. Good leaders celebrate their team's success. No manager succeeds without dedicated team members like Patricia. Bottom Line Patricia creates loyal customers and deserves formal recognition.
