Pathetice service fron KFC

I am furious with the pathetic service i recieved regarding an online order with KFC. I placed an online order and the money was deducted from my account but was informed afterwards with a call from the call centre stating they cannot deliver. when i placed the order i was not informed beforehand that they cannot deliver but yet they deducted from my account. When i got a call they said i can only get a refund in 2 business days which is not on because my money was deducted immediately with no form of notification that they cannot deliver. This is infuriating because i mean why place the order if delivery cannot be done in my area now im sitting with no food or refund. I appalled by the service of sibosiso (online agent) manager thats says he cant call me since his system is offline. I even called the store in which my order is suppose to come from and they cant even give my refund. I should call the online depart. The service is PATHETIC!!! AS i want my refund immediately...
