Pathetic Unprofessional service

If there be a prize for "worst pathetic service" KFC COSMO CITY JUNCTION will surely take 1sr prize. I passby yesterday(not such a very busy day) and ther was queuing outside which i thought to myself its part its covid19 precautions. Firstly the lady that sanitize people as they go in says "if you placed your order you not allowed to go outside till your order comes out because apparently that makes her job very difficult.A exchange of words happened from myself, other customers and the sanitizer lady(Snelizwe) and not even once did the stire manger come out to intervene even though i repeatedly asked to talk to the store manager. My order was placed at exactly 14:09(slip reference) and for it to come out took 35mins which also where cooked while waitng and nobody bothered to inform mysekf and other customers about the delay until i had enough and wanted to cancel order fir a refund. The master piece i all this when i approached the cashier to cancel the order, the guy calmly apologized and went to check the orders and came back with an update but the mangger was ready to give me my money without even a slight attempt of apologizing. The manger's name was AZWINDINI whom at the time i finally got the order i asked the cashier to call AZWINDINI and i asked him for names if mangers who where on duty at that time because i feel i was not treated fairly in their store therefore I will write a complaint and will need to include their names also because i think a manager shoukd have intervened from the beginning but they choose to hide in the kitchen.... Im definitely with no doubt ever gonna buy ever at this store... Pathetic, and even to think of letting people queue outside only to be kept inside jus because somebody thinks it makes their job difficult and the covid19 precations they practicing jus flew out the window. Sitting area was closed only front of house /till area so you could imagine it starting to get crowded.... That whole shop staff needs to go for training that is no way of treating any customer and definitely not appropriated. And to SNELIZWE try buying your own shop and jus then you will talk the way you did because now you jus gained tgat store /kFC as a whole a "bad name".
