Pathetic treatment

You this store it's totally out of order firstly this old lady wanted to come in and buy food they refuse because she was pushing a trolley. Apparently they don't allow trolleys inside they said she can leave it outside, I mean how can u leave ur trolley outside the shop without anyone looking after it I felt so pity she left without buying anything. Secondly my girlfriend asked for a toilet they said they have lost the keys to the toilet wow is it because we are in a township.
