Pathetic Time Management - KFC Meadowdale

Meadowdale Mall KFC has terrible time management s****s. I order from them as often as possible with no less than 10 meals at a time. Each time I go to KFC or order telephonically I stipulate a time I need to collect by so that I am in time to serve my training delegates when their lunch break arrives. Each time I arrive to collect my order I have to wait for them to still pack the order into the bags and pour the drinks. Today I had to take 30 minute of my work time to physically walk to the KFC as their network and phone lines are down. I specifically asked them to make SURE that my order is ready by 12:00. I arrived again at 12;00 to collect and had to wait 40 minutes for them to still pack the meals into containers and then into the bags and pour the drinks. I made my annoyance heard and the manager just said she was sorry and that they do this because of the cup material used, what bull. Needless to say the trainer was upset, the delegates had all of 10 minutes to shovel their food down their throats because KFC didn't bother to stick to a time directive. They should be glad that I didn't just demand a refund and walk to their nearest competitor. I have laid a complaint before about this particular KFC and the manager had previously promised that the incident will never occur again, well that just shows how much their promises mean to them to keep their regular customers.
