Pathetic staff

<p>Last week I went to get takeout for the whole family so decided to go to kfc, the place was absolutely packed and has one lady at the till point helping customers. After the long wait and receiving attitude after I asked her if there is anyone who could assist her I placed my order and received my food, as I got home and opened the packet... I saw everything, everywhere... The entire parcel was messed. I used an uber car to get there so I had the takeout on my lap the whole way and I live 2 minutes away from the mall. I called and asked them to acknowledge and replace my order and up till now I have had no feed back . absolutely pathetic.</p>
