Pathetic services

I experience such a terrible pathetic service from kfc situated in old main road next to Vw.... I can't believe how rude those workers are. I went to purchase food through the drive through the window for placing orders was closed, however there was a queue of vehicles in front of me who drove straight through to pay by the window where you collect your food. When I arrive there the helper said they don't take cards and I have to come inside the store and pay after waiting in the drive through queue. When I get into the store I am told I need to rest and in the queue in the store to make a payment. The lady who told me to come in was so rude and didn't even help me when I came into the store, whose blady fault was that I never receive such terrible service ever after all I am a paying customer theanner in which they treat the Customer is as if I was getting it for free. I left the store there and then and drove to another kfc!!!
