Pathetic services

Yesterday, my husband with my toddler decided to go for ice –cream at KFC boskruin village and once again the Ice –cream machine is not working. This ice cream machine is continuously not working …. And trying telling this to a toddler who is crying for ice –cream only from KFC … Furthermore the staff were not polite and accommodating …. Very pathetic customer service

Please if you going to provide a service make sure your machines are in working out ….
