Pathetic services

Last night I ordered from KFC Meadowlands. It took an hour for the driver to contact me. He said he was at shoprite which is literally around the corner from me. I directed him to where I was. From 19:22 till 19:53. He called me from this mumber *** and *** I think his supervisor called me saying he will speak to the driver. I am so disappointed that my kids had to wait that long for food. The food never came. I have all the recorded calls. I need this to never happen again. Thia is pathetic service and I will never order there again. Do better. I should have ordered from maponya they never disappoint.
