Pathetic Service x 2 !!

PATHETIC SERVICE!! At 22h15 on a Tuesday night KFC in Durban Road, Oakdale does not have any chicken available. You must wait for 15 to 20 minutes..... And the cherry on top, Sorry but the soft serve is very runny...... Why stay open till 23h00 if you cant serve your customers?? There is definatly some management problems and now your customers must suffer. How Pathetic can you get.... If you cant serve the loyal KFC customers then rather close shop!! Now after this review went public KFC contacted me via a private message requesting a copy of the sales slip and further info... Dear KFC customer services, if you took the time to read my review on Google, then surely you can understand that nothing was bought that night because nothing was available. So why do you request info that isnt applicable. Pathetic is all i can say.... .
