Pathetic service | unaccomodating to the disabled

Today I went to buy food with my child only to be told to go buy inside the store as the cashier at the drive through does not have a card machine. No one bothered to inform us of this while waiting in the drive through.

I asked the cashier if she could use the one from the front till as I can not leave my 5 year old paraplegic child in the car alone to go in the store and I also cannot be unfolding her wheel chair and getting her in the rain. The cashier was unwilling to assist and I was informed it will cause a problem for them when cashing up. She rudely told me there's nothing she can do if I don't want to go in the shop. I am appalled to say the least that the cashiers cashing up is more important than the customer who has driven to the store with their petrol and waited for so long.

Its sad how the quality of service you receive in stores differs according to which area you're in.

It's no surprise however coming from a store which never has ice cream or wings and never bothers to place a notice of the menu as others do.

Never wasting my money in this branch ever again. .
