Pathetic service - Table view Bayside mall

<p>I visited Bayside centre, KFC in Table view today with my kids to buy food. I placed a small order of two mini meals and crunch burger, order number 110. I waited for more than 30 mins. Other people came after me, ordered and left with their food. I had to ask the staff what is going on. They all look at each other with no communication to me. Finally a guy name 'Siya' as per his name badge tells me the fryer was down. I asked him how this is possible for KFC and many people got their orders after me. After another 5 mins I got my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really disappointing as I am a regular customer and family loves KFC. We normally buy our KFC from Sandown road drive through or Parkland main road branch, and i can guarantee you that the service and turn around time is much better. I work for Woolworths SA as a manager and know how important customer service, quality and turn around time is. I am informing KFC as this should be one of your biggest branches in a prime location. You can cannot allow such pathetic service. You are probably losing business as i type this mail. Please do something about it and feel free to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never go to KFC bayside again.</p>
