Pathetic service received from er-KFC Wilrogate

Arrived at KFC drive thru around 12:30am Monday 18/11/2019. place my order which was for +-200, was told that I cannot get chips for my burger meals, but instead mash n gravy as their chips fryer is broken and they have no idea when the technicians are coming out. Fine I accepted the explanation and paid, and was told I must wait for 8-10 mins for my order It was going 20 mins and it poses as a risk with the crime in this country to still for so long that early hours of the morning. I hooted right in front of collection window and the manager Tumi just ignored me. when I received the order it was wrong as I didn't receive the mash and gravy as promised and then the manager TUMI told the staff member "just give it to them as these people are annoying "...because I was with 3 other Indian foreign nationals, u think we are stupid, but good enough to accept moneywhen I asked her about her comment she was shocked cos she thought i was a foreigner and I don't understand the English language., she was so shocked when I asked her in English to repeat herself. I further went on to saying that I will report her for her comments and rudeness, she said go ahead!!!!!!!
