Pathetic Service - Polkadraai KFC

I am disgusted by the service received by the so called manager Pumla at KFC Polkadraai We entered the drive threw and was told that there are technical issues we need to come inside ( freezing outside with a small baby ) As I am getting out of the car, I see how the same drive threw is helping the car that was behind us I went inside to speak to a mangwr, only to be addressed by the most unruly person ever by the name of Pumla Shouting at me to say that the drive threw issue was only for a minute Only for her to turn her back on me while I was speaking and walked away speaking Venac to her colleagues KFC just lost a family that they will never see again !!
