Pathetic Service Once Again

I called the Newlands West KFC on the 01/06/2015 to enquire about what time they open and close. The person who I spoke to, told me that they open at 8:00am. I needed this information as I was providing lunch for the disadvantaged kids at a primary school (Children that comes from homes that cant afford to provide lunch for their children).<br> <br> I placed my order of 25 Snack Burgers and specifically told the cashier, i am placing my order now and would like to collect it at 9:30am because I need to take it to school by 10:30.<br> <br> I returned to KFC at 10:00 (30min delayed) to pick up my order and the cashier took my ticket and said she will bring it.
