Pathetic Service Once Again

<p>Went to KFC Durban North and placed an order with Zama N for a wings bucket. I instructed her to tell the kitchen staff to give me more flat wings than the drumettes. She just rep**** ok and went on to the next customer. I had to tell the other person serving to instruct the kitchen. Furthermore she did not smile and the food when I brought it home tasted like it was lying there for a while or it was just refried. I am disgusted by the service. There has been no change at the store as this has happened before.</p>
