Pathetic service on serveral occasions

Pathetic service and lack of professionalism , I went there between12pm and 1pm on 26.09.2019 to buy lunch and as I order a fully loaded box meal , one of their staff advised me that they don’t have a fizz drink that comes from the machine and I should rather add R5.00 on top of what they normally charge ( which was R79.90 ) and I asked her how is my problem because I orded what was on the menu screen . The lady looked irritated , I then asked for my money to go to Burger King .
