Pathetic service no one at kfc knows their promotions.

I hope anyone on hellopeter can help me because kfc staff at 2 stores doesn't know. On the kfc app it shows that the 50/50 deals are different than when you order online if I choose a store with today's special it shows chips but if I go onto the app before entering a store the app shows me a crunch burger is half price today. If I put in a store it says it's only available for pick up. And I wanted it but everyone just pulls their shoulders. That's pathetic.
