Pathetic service. Kfc Woodmead

Good day I'd just like to lodge a complaint with regards to kfc Woodmead branch. I've ordered a double Col burger meal as a takeaway and when I got home I noticed that there is no bun at the bottom and for me to drive 40km back to exchange it is not on. This service is pathetic!!!!!
