Pathetic service KFC starwood delivery!!!!!!!!!!

Kfc starwoood delivery service is pathetic. They do not call you if they cant find your house. There is an app where you annotate your address... Are they so dumb that they cannot read or is you app faulty. This is not the first time. Only kfc has an issue any other food outlet finds the houses one time i never experience tjis with anyone else. The area manager better call me and give me his resolution and advise how he addressed the staff and delivery person about my matter
