PATHETIC SERVICE KFC STANGER - HULLET STREET

I am absolutely disappointed with KFC STANGER - Hullet street. They have totally messed up my orders on the last 3 . First time around they left out all of the chips on the order- who eats KFC without chips? they came back with the chips an hour later after we were done eating. second time they delivered someone else's order , we then had to drive all the way to the store to collect our order (wasting our fuel and the delivery fee we paid) on the 3rd time they left out the mash and gravy, I called the call centre and they asked me to go to the store to and fetch it or get a refund(wasting our fuel and the delivery fee we paid yet again). This is not on. When ordering clothing or electronics and there is a hiccup I can tolerate but NOT food when people are hungry and waiting. KFC STANGER needs to catch a wake up!
