Pathetic service kfc southway mall

Visited kfc southway mall on Friday 31 May, placed an order and paid with transaction complete at 19:10. Waited until 19:50 for the order only to be told of query that " sorry we have only flat wings" . It was noticed that priortity was placed on the drive in patrons and counter patrons we second to that. On query at 19: 50 the staff decided to attend to the order. On reciving the order nearly an hour later this was not even presented in the correct boxes. We appreciate the chicken but do you really expect this type of service from an international brand?. I would like the franchise owner to answer if they would be happy to leave their family in the parkinglot for near an hour for fast food .
