Pathetic Service KFC Sophiatown

Good evening

Today I placed an order online for collection at KFC Sophiatown. Order number Leith***. Collection was to be done before 7:30 pm tonight. When i rocked up at the store at 6pm then the doors weer locked and staff were standing behind the counter. I signallwed them to show them that I am collecting an order and the blatantly ignored me. I walked to the drive thru window and Phelomia (staff member) closed the wibdow in mg face. After me knocking on the window they told me that they cant help me and that shop is closed. Some staff members looked at me and took their bags and left. The sign on door indicated that tbe shop closes at 8pm. Numerous customers were turned away at the time I stood there waiting for assistance.

This is a terrible customer experience and the staff clearly do not know the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act. The reception I received was pathetic. I came home with no food and was not refunded for my order. We are encouraged to support restaurants at this difficult time and this is the service we get? Simply disgusting for the KFC brand. I called your customer services at 6pm today explaining my postion. Im still waiting for a reference numver. I would like a refund as soon as poasible and I am never shopping at KFC Sophiatown again.
