Pathetic Service - KFC Phoenix - Next to Shell

Will give zero stars if I could. Absolutely pathetic service from Philisiwe. On Sunday the 2019-03-10 I went into KFC and made 3 separate orders. Waited for my number to be called and Philisiwe who called my order number took my first receipt which was for 4 wings and put it in a separate bag. She then took back the bag took out the wings and put it as part of my other order, to save on packaging I presume. Waiting for my last order at the front, she then yanks the bag from my hand and says this is not your order After paying for my order, to be "******" of my food and made to feel as if I tried to score a free burger was absolutely pathetic. I then called the manager,Michael,who apologized, confirmed my orders and gave me my food,Philisiwe still stood there, gave me bad attitude and did not apologize. KFC is a huge franchise that does not need people like Philisiwe to bring your name into disrepute.There are thousands of people looking for employment who will give their 100%.If this was a case of confusion, she sure as hell needs better people s****s.
