PATHETIC SERVICE KFC ONLINE

I placed an order on KFC online on sunday 20/10 as we had no power at home & could not cook. order 111824 After waiting 30 min watching it show order is being prepared my order was cancelled.

I now have to wait 7-14 days to get my money back .

KFC this is pathetic, the money was instantly taken from my account, the order was cancelled from your end not mine.

I called the store i ordered from to ask if i could collect & the manager said he does not even know what i ordered so its not possible

If you cannot meet the requirements of offering a service DO NOT take my money or if you will refund do an instant refund.

I am so disappointed
