Pathetic Service - KFC Greenstone

<p>Good day KFC! I would like to report an incident and the pathetic service received last night from KFC Greenstone! I got in the queue at the drive through around 22.26pm, we ordered and waited and waited and waited for about 30minutes! In the drive through!? When I got to the window to pay, I first checked my order and off course this was completely wrong! The lady taking the orders messed up everything! I refused to pay for anything and you are lucky I didn't drive off with the food! I asked the lady, Miriam why is it taking over 30minutes, and she says we are only 3 people, which was bull**** as I saw than 3 employees! When I told my order is incorrect she gave me her attitude and said cancel the entire meal and that is when I lost it! Why should I cancel my order for their *** ups? Her attitude was disgraceful and pathetic! This isn't the first issue at this branch there has been plenty other instances which I left and ignored but I was stupid as I should have taken this social media and made the public aware of this! I am reporting this on all social platforms and hello Peter! If that is how your staff treat clients then my friend you have another thing coming! Pathetic useful service as always from KFC Greenstone!</p>
