Pathetic service KFC Cornubia

This is the second time i have had pathetic service from your KFC Cornubia . I had to wait 20min for my order . People that placed their order after me got the food had to go up and ask what is going on . The lady Bulelwa didn't even check my order number She just said itll be ready just now. She completely ignored us for the entire time that we were there. Our food was ready and she called someone else to pack it .when we finally got our food it was cold, as though it was standing for quite some time. We also work in the service industry and know how hard business is because of covid 19,the fact that the service was so damn pathetic explains why people dont want to come and spend their money here. Maybe this branch needs re training with regards to customer service. No courtesy or friendliness for customers but they were laughing and having a merry old conversation while we waited . They really need to rethink their attitudes or risk driving all their customers away.
