Pathetic Service KFC Brackenhusrt

Went to KFC this evening at 18:10 to buy 2 Kream*****. Drive is closed at this time of the evening. Went inside to place order to find that only one cashier is open with the line out the door. After 10 Minutes I decided to call the Complaints number ***, which just rang out and went to an answer Service. I asked for the Manager and waited at the counter...and waited...and waited...after another 20 minutes my order came through, but still no Manager, after reminding the counter staff twice...They assured me the Manager is coming. I took my Kream***** and left. I later called the complaints number again and spoke to Lindo Ndoto. She claimed that she had no cooker and was doing teh cooking at the back, but no one called her. KFC, your staff are lying to your customers and treating them like idiots.<br> My complaint is.... why is the drive through closed at this busy time? Why not add extra cashiers / tills inside if there is a problem? Why does your staff lie to the customers....are they hoping the complaint would just go away if they ignore them? Really poor service from KFC Brackenhurst and not the First Time!
