Pathetic Service KFC Bluff Towers

It was a nightmare experience for a paying customer. Vist KFC to purchase a 2 family meals as i had family waiting to eat. There was no order or social distancing in store. Waited more than an hour but no orders dispatched. Food prepared and lying on warmer. Asked for the manager and a clueless individual named Thabani, pops up and refuses to acknowledge the chaos in the store. Requested for the stire owner's contact number but he refused to comply. Food was given but when arrived home to my surprise items from my meals were missing and meals poorly prepared due to backlog of orders. Automatic order board not updated and no sequence to collect orders. Never sgain will i ever support this store....Many other patrons shared my experience and were horrified at the level of service and managing of store and no social distancing. Hope health service closes this store down. Will try to escalate to health services with pictures I have captured.
