Pathetic service kfc bluedowns

Kfc bluedowns (Cape Town)i think they are failing to handle tuesday campaign (STOP IT I LIKE IT),its my 4th time buying raw chicken in a row i complained before but nothing changed worse part they always short staff which makes us wait long for our order knowing that tuesday is a busy day for this specific campaign.Tonight samething happend 3 out of 5 pieces were raw.Please lets a franchisee aware that its not always about money we bealive and support kfc but if we get such pathetic service is very unfair to us as loyal customer and please teach your staff to have manor and respect us as customers as we do the same to them but instead they give back bad attitude specialy those who announce orders
